Job Summary

We are actively recruiting for an Executive Director in New Jersey who will play a leadership role in building and managing relationships with key stakeholders that result in high levels of practice satisfaction, expansion to new practices, improved patient health and care, and positive shared savings. The Executive Director will implement Aledade's programs and technologies and learn what really moves the needle in terms of delivering quality health outcomes while reducing overall cost for their assigned ACOs. This role requires demonstrated excellence in creating buy-in with providers to promote and effect change in the way healthcare is delivered. We are looking for individuals who genuinely believe that Aledade's model of physician-led ACO's can improve quality and lower cost.

The Executive Director is expected to be an expert on all issues and details surrounding the portfolio of ACOs to which they are assigned, including contract terms, relationship status, key contacts, and the development and deployment of Aledade's products and services. In partnership with the outreach team, the Executive Director will expand their ACO relationships to identify opportunities with additional practices, expansion into new risk-based businesses, and foster ongoing shared savings.

It is expected that the Executive Director will work with members of their team to develop a strategic plan for each ACO and continually work to ensure successful completion of that plan to achieve relationship, profit and loss (shared savings), and quality improvement goals, as well as identify other business opportunities for their ACOs in terms of other local payer relationships to cultivate.
