Job Summary

An educational company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Executive Director and School Regional Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Meeting profitability targets and enrollment goals
• Creating a supportive, mission-driven campus culture that develops and retains engaged, effective staff
• Building a tight-knit, supportive, and informed parent community

Required Skills:

• Must be willing to travel between 20-40% of the time
• 5+ years experience as a Head of School, Principal or Director
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience using data to drive business outcomes
