Job Summary
Consulting firm specializing in organizational leadership needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Executive Director US Quidditch.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Positively lead staff and volunteer teams through transformational change
- Oversee all aspects of USQ operations and work closely with Board of Directors to further initiatives outlined in strategic plan
- Effectively communicate USQ's mission, vision and values with members and vested stakeholders throughout the United States
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with team sports
- Extensive experience in nonprofit infrastructure and governance
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Three plus years in organizational management, preferably in the nonprofit sector
- Five plus years of leadership experience, preferably in the sports field
- Ability to travel throughout the United States
