Job Summary

A media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Executive Editor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Hiring, coaching and leading teams of editors and reporters
• Developing, executing, and growing compelling digital editorial products that resonate with business readers
• Cultivating source development to drive editorial using digital best practices including metrics and analytics, audience research

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 7 years' experience with 4+ years as a manager
• A deep understanding of vertical and niche markets and how to cover them
• Experience covering business news preferred; knowledge of specific beats a plus
• A passion for building the future of digital business media
