Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or consultative sales
• Prior experience in the matchmaking industry preferred
• Minimum of two years working in a remote role
• A 4-year degree in psychology, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
