Remote Executive New Product Development Director

Job Summary

A global healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Executive New Product Development Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a portfolio of four to six new products, ventures and/or innovations
• Supporting delivery of a financial return on the new product development investment fund
• Setting vision and strategy for white space businesses and cross-BU growth opportunities

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 15+ years of relevant experience including management consulting, healthcare strategy, business product development
• Experience in developing growth strategies for organization(s), particularly around new business lines
• Experience managing and leading teams
• Experience conducting root-cause analysis
• Experience working with clients in a consultative role
