Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Executive Programs Senior Director.

Must be able to:

• Serve as key partner to the VPEP on designing and implementing programming to support executives in the Jewish nonprofit sector
• Serve as the network weaver and community manager for a growing number of executive cohorts
• Design and curate resources that share best practices in executive leadership with the field

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of eight years of related professional experience
• Strong facilitation, teaching, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of and experience with best practices in leadership development and organizational developmen
• Strong project management skills
