A company is looking for a Global Executive Recruiter, Work at Home (USA).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit top-tier candidates for executive positions with a focus on business development
• Conduct initial intake calls with hiring managers to create accurate position specifications
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality while ensuring a superior candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

• 5-plus years of recruiting experience, specifically for Executive (Director and above) placements
• Prior experience in a remote role and supporting the hiring of sales/business development executives preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
