Core Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating with our partners to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Conducting research on the partner’s organization, competitors, and marketplace
- Creating a candidate persona for each open position
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Have 10+ years experience in executive search and recruitment
- Have excellent understanding and knowledge of recruitment processes specifically for senior talent
- Know where to find the right talent
- Are always up to date with new market statuses, trends, and best practices within the space
- Have effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Enjoy operating out of your comfort zone, and are comfortable in a small team
