Job Summary

An international insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Executive Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Work directly with executives and senior leaders across the enterprise
• Help the business scale and recruit top talent for the organization
• Develop outcomes-based recruiting strategies

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of recruiting/talent acquisition or functional HR experience
• Or in lieu of a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 10 years recruiting/talent acquisition or functional HR experience
• Experience creating balanced and diverse candidate slates
