An environmental company is in need of a Remote Executive Recruiter in New York City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting screening interviews with promising candidates
• Maintaining a well-organized database of candidates with notes from each interview stage
• Coordinating subsequent round interviews with those on the hiring team

Qualifications Include:

• You have 8+ years of recruiting experience, including proactive recruiting methods
• You have a deep understanding of creative proactive sourcing strategies for identifying and attracting top talent
• You have experience hiring executive level talent (Director level up to C-Suite hires)
