Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Executive Recruiting Researcher.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying and sourcing executive talent for both corporate and tech functions
  • Building out executive talent research including developing search strategies, mapping markets, tracking industry trends & insights
  • Serving as an expert in the research process, showing knowledge of research sources, organizational structures and ‘target’ companies

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an analytical or quantitative science or related subject
  • 4+ years of research and sourcing experience within a retained search firm and/or an in-house executive recruiting team
  • Experience analyzing talent data to determine success metrics and measure project impacts
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities based on quick turnaround requests versus longer-term strategic efforts
  • Strong accountability for achieving individual and team performance. Strong organizational and project management skills
