As our firm continues to grow, we are looking to add a Researcher to our collaborative team.
Position Overview The BSG Researcher plays a key role in supporting executive search engagements by conducting in-depth market and candidate research. This individual will work closely with Recruiters and Partners to identify and develop pipelines of senior executive talent. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely on a part-time basis with flexible hours, making it ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in an independent, virtual work environment.
Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed research to identify potential candidates for executive-level searches Develop comprehensive target lists for C-level, Board, and VP-level positions across multiple industries Analyze and organize research findings into structured candidate contact lists Collaborate with Recruiters and Partners to support active search assignments Utilize online tools, databases, and social media platforms to source and evaluate potential candidates
Qualifications Self-motivated and dependable in a virtual, independent work environment Inquisitive mindset with strong creative problem-solving abilities Ability to quickly qualify, assess, and prioritize research findings Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with online search tools and social media platforms Bachelor's degree required Immediate availability is highly preferred
