Job Summary

Seeking freelancer to confidently handle sales support including, but not necessarily limited to the following key tasks:
--sending proposals after Sales VP sales calls
--maintaining Hubspot CRM
--reporting from Hubspot CRM
--conducting follow up calls with leads
--lead nurturing (emails, etc.)
--project management and using tools such as Trello and Slack

Skills: HubSpot, Project Management - Administrative, Google Drive, Google Sheets, CRM, Administrative Support, Virtual Assistant, Client Management, Customer Care, Customer Service, Customer support, Project Management, Time Management, Online sales, Sales Support, Sales management, Sales, Business Development - Sales,

--organized and proficient in tasks and tools aforementioned but also willing and able to roll with the punches and join in on additional projects if needed
--experience with sales outreach and follow ups
--experienced in HubSpot, Trello and Slack

--20-30 hours/week
