An integrated healthcare services and products company has an open position for a Remote Executive Search Senior Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Proactively and creatively source, lead and screen candidates
- Assess candidates through competency-based screening
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors in related field
- 5 – 7 years minimum recruiting experience in full life cycle recruiting environment
- Ability to recruit and successfully close passive candidates
- Excellent client relationship skills
