Job Summary

A recruitment strategy company is filling a position for a Remote Executive Search Talent Acquisition Partner in Franklin Lakes.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide strategic talent acquisition direction, staffing expertise, and counsel
• Identify best practices as they relate to processes, tools, and metrics
• Utilize technology solutions when possible to streamline processes

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Travel required as needed, approximately 25%.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ plus years of high volume professional and/or executive recruitment experience
• Proven ability to hunt leads and turn into qualified candidates
• Prior use of behavioral-based interviewing and selection models required
• Experience with a broad range of recruiting methodologies
