An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Executive Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing the lifecycle of multiple key information solutions
  • Scheduling and conducting regular meetings with customers to review service quality
  • Taking active measures to identify additional customer services opportunities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 6-8+ Years of Operations experience and Program Management background
  • Experience managing a full profit and loss
  • 4+ years of direct report management experience
  • Understanding of end to end vendor management
