Job Summary
A provider of online file sharing services has a current position open for a Remote Executive Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and executing talent engagement strategies for Director and VP-level roles across Technical (Engineering, Product Management, and Design) organizations
- Partnering with Executive Recruiters to conduct launch meetings, create robust job and candidate specifications, and qualify and present leadership candidates
- Strategically building and maintaining a network of passive potential future candidates
Position Requirements Include:
- Proven experience identifying and engaging passive senior leadership (manager+) level candidates
- Ability to thrive and prioritize in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Experience using talent and market insights and data to influence executive-level audiences
- Outstanding teamwork and multitasking skills
