Job Summary
A leadership development company is filling a position for a Remote Executive Support Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Accurately identifying and troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues
- Enthusiastically supporting clients with their tech needs by email, chat, phone, and web-based tools
- Monitoring live online video conferencing events
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Poise and professionalism to respond to high-level executives
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM), website backend/administrative interfaces
- Outstanding task management skills
