Job Summary

A leadership development company is filling a position for a Remote Executive Support Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Accurately identifying and troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues
  • Enthusiastically supporting clients with their tech needs by email, chat, phone, and web-based tools
  • Monitoring live online video conferencing events

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Poise and professionalism to respond to high-level executives
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM), website backend/administrative interfaces
  • Outstanding task management skills
