A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Expansion Operations Director in Redwood City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring the timely and successful implementation of new programs
- Pulling data from the system of record to create reports and analyze data
- Developing operational processes and plans specific to each program
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in operations and management within a healthcare setting
- History managing field-based or remote individuals
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director, or similar leadership role
