Job Summary

A real estate investment management company is filling a position for a Remote Expense Management Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Handle the responsibility of internal and external communication for our investment properties
• Monitor daily flow of costs related to the initial renovation of single-family rental homes
• Possess an understanding of repair scopes as they pertain to individual investor goals

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting or similar field required
• Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with internal and external professionals
• 0-1 years of experience in Finance or related field; knowledge of Real Estate preferred
• Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and proactively manage management’s expectations
