Remote Experience Banker

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experience Banker to provide phone and online chat support for various banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with online banking issues and process address changes
• Handle suspicious debit card activity and assist loan customers with inquiries
• Support the Experience Banking Manager and perform additional duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Prior experience in Financial Services or a call center/customer service environment is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
