Job Summary

A marketing and advertising agency has a current position open for a Remote Experience Design Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects at once, both large and small
• Enable the creation of concept models, user interface sketches, and schematics
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to other Experience Designers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 8+ years’ experience in Experience Design (Required)
• Ability to lead the design of large, complex interaction systems
• Should be a natural leader and has experiencing mentoring a team of Experience Designers
• Should have ample experience working directly with clients
• Should have outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Should have expertise in the areas of interactive experiences, channels, and design principles
