A creative design agency is filling a position for a Remote Experience Design Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage team routines, practice and structures for the overall UX team
- Oversee style guidelines and consistency of UX
- Participate in the hiring of UX designers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Extensive information architecture/content strategy/user experience/usability experience for blue-chip clients
- Experience working with standard IA and UXD tools and processes
- Experience in line management and team development
- Solid understanding of innovative technologies
- Experience with content management systems and e-commerce
- Experience in cross-platform design
