Job Summary

An online real estate platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Experience Design Touring Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Managing a team of designers with a strong background in UX and visual design
Build meaningful relationships with partners, leadership, and other design managers
Define scope, timelines, resources, and prioritization for your team’s projects

Qualifications for this position include:

8+ years as a product designer, user experience designer, design lead, or similar role
At least one year as manager of designers, leader of a design team, or similar role
Experience developing systems, processes, and documentation
Experience with A/B testing, usability testing, and other methods of evaluating quality
Experience presenting strategies and approaches to partners and bringing them along
Experience with leading design in agile development environments
