Job Summary
An online real estate platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Experience Design Touring Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a team of designers with a strong background in UX and visual design
- Build meaningful relationships with partners, leadership, and other design managers
- Define scope, timelines, resources, and prioritization for your team’s projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years as a product designer, user experience designer, design lead, or similar role
- At least one year as manager of designers, leader of a design team, or similar role
- Experience developing systems, processes, and documentation
- Experience with A/B testing, usability testing, and other methods of evaluating quality
- Experience presenting strategies and approaches to partners and bringing them along
- Experience with leading design in agile development environments
