Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Experience Innovation Associate Director in Eden Prairie.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading multiple enterprise wide proof of concept programs
- Leading all aspects of pilots that demonstrate positive impact to the customer and employee experience
- Managing the end to end process from ideation to scaling decision of pilot work
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA degree in business or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience driving programs across a large enterprise that show measurable improvement to the consumer experience
- 5+ years experience in consumer experience design role, creating enhanced and improved experiences to improve NPS
- 5+ years experience using metrics to demonstrate value of work being delivered
- 5+ years experience in creating and delivering executive level presentations and updates
