Job Summary

A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Experience Strategy and Transformation Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading transformations and experience improvement development for an unconventional consumer experience
  • Driving the future vision of the company's core businesses
  • Providing input into functions strategy

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 or more years of Strategy and Transformation in Consumer Experience
  • 5 or more years of management experience
  • Proven ability to create a vision for design and deliver on it
  • Demonstrated capability leading teams
  • Prior experience working in a consumer centric company
