Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Experience Strategy and Transformation Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Optimizing the effectiveness of product launch and management through agile and lean delivery
  • Adopting best practices to improve key launch and management processes
  • Developing change management strategies, designing and implementing product development programs

Qualifications Include:

  • Background in design thinking, agile and lean methodology
  • Experience with traditional product development processes
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams end-to-end process oversight
  • 5+ years of Product Process Management Experience
  • 3+ years of Healthcare Experience
  • 3+ years of Agile Development and Delivery Experience
