General Summary:
Providing White Glove service to the agents in our virtual environment and assisting the agents with questions through our in the world ticketing system. Helping to direct agents to where they need to go for help in different areas of our company
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Frontline support for the ticket system
Cross-trained in all areas of onboarding
Provide white-glove service to the agents
Assist with agents questions
Respond to general inquiries in the department inbox
Filter emails to other staff as needed
Answer inquiries in Intercom
Follow up with NPS detractors
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Education:
High school Diploma/GED required
Experience:
Real Estate experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite

2+ years in the Customer Service industry
