Job Summary
A company that publishes an informational internet website is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Expert Operations Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality analyses to uncover insights about the performance & operational quality of the services provided
- Partner with teams to provide data and insights that shape product development
- Present data in a clear and simple way, ensuring that the information is relevant, up-to-date, and actionable
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably within a quantitative area (Operations, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, etc.)
- 2+ years work experience, preferably with experience in analysis and data analytics
- Able to work in a highly team-oriented and collegial environment
- Willing ”can do” attitude, commitment to quality, enthusiasm, and attention to detail
- Empirical approach to problem solving with strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify and resolve data issues/needs
- Strong modelling, communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills
