Job Summary

A professional services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Expert Services Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing portfolio of clients and projects
  • Triaging and addressing client requests for fixes and enhancements to their product
  • Performing hands on configuration and testing

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Completed, and can describe multiple Salesforce CRM or Force.com projects
  • 5+ years of software development industry experience
  • 2+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or equivalent role on the salesforce platform
  • 2+ years of professional services consulting experience
  • Strong Salesforce platform skills
  • Experience and success managing clients
