Job Summary

An energy company is seeking a Remote Exposure Control Advisor in Webster.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Act as the collections owner of a portfolio of large, complex groups
• Determine and document reasons for overdue payments
• Record information about financial status of customer

Qualifications Include:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel and Word
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
• Able to meet and or exceed operational requirements for response to inquiries
• Good negotiation skills.
• Able to work with standard office equipment
