Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Express Scripts Account Installation Lead Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing EDI order confirmation Report CS016
- Researching and addressing orders that have been placed on backorder
- Checking EDI for orders that need to be manually keyed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to handle heavy order processing
