Job Summary
A provider of integrated technology, data and analytics solutions has an open position for a Remote Extended Support Application Support Consultant II in Jacksonville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and resolving operational issues, to solve problems or make decisions
- Preparing estimates of resources needed to complete activities and projects
- Managing projects or project sub-plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Extensive operational and/or technical experience
- Previous experience working with Customer Interactive Support roles
- Familiarity with the technical infrastructure of client server and web-based applications
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
