Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is seeking a Remote External Quality Assurance Compliance Senior Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Serve as Quality SME for EQA
- Ensure that the organization operates within established policies
- Provide support to the organization to facilitate and implement new quality systems introductions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel <10% of the time
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or another relevant technical discipline
- 3 years prior experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, motivation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work across boundaries
- Communicates in English, both verbally and in writing
