Remote Eye Care District Manager in Minneapolis

Job Summary

A multi-national pharmaceutical that produces branded and generic drugs, and performs pharmaceutical research and development has an open position for a Remote Eye Care District Manager in Minneapolis.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage an area of 8 to 10 Territory Managers
• Ensure all Territory Managers are addressed regarding training, development, disciplinary issues
• Manage region profit and loss and developing and maintaining key customer relationships

Required Skills:

• Must be able to travel about 40% of the time and have a valid driver's license
• 2 plus years pharmaceutical or healthcare industry sales management experience with a proven track record of successful sales performance
• Bachelor's degree or higher required
• Experience working with finances and budgets
• Ability to develop key strategies and execute them
• Strong organizational, analytical and business planning skills
