Job Summary
A provider of business and tech services for the healthcare industry is in need of a Remote Facets Experienced Member Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Explaining plans, procedures, benefits, and services to health plan members
- Adhering to all call metrics
- Being dependable, organized and service-minded
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years of recent Health Plan Member Service experience
- Facets system experience
- Highly Computer literate (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude)
- Ability to provide reliable hardwired home internet service
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image
- 100% attendance during new hire training
