Job Summary
An education company is seeking a Remote Facilities and Accounting Specialist in Salt Lake City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and maintaining a database of schools
- Confirming Program schedules to match school Bell schedules
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
