Job Summary
A commercial real estate firm has an open position for a Remote Facilities Management Program Manager in Redmond.
Must be able to:
- Lead low to medium cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal PMO process
- Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects (project pipeline)
- Manage internal and external relationships in support of program
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university
- Minimum four years of related experience
- Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents
- All other requirements necessary for this position
