Job Summary
A SaaS provider company has a current position open for a Remote Facilities Operations Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain and update technical documents detailing department processes and policies
- Work with existing vendors on requisition creation, invoice submission and payment tracking
- Work with cross functional teams to submit quotes, process invoices, and submit service agreements via Workday
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience managing and onboarding vendors
- Administrative support experience
- Finance knowledge, with familiarity in general ledger accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and accounts payable/receivable
- Security/badging – working knowledge in badging systems, physical security requirements, and related processes and policies
- Handling graphic design needs using Microsoft Share Point, Share Point Modern Pages and Power Point
- Experience managing and supporting an internal site/intranet
