Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Assistant Facility Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for facility maintenance issues, fostering relationships with clients and vendors
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry best practices
- Administer the CMMS, manage work orders, and produce reports on maintenance activities and service levels
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred
- 3-4 years of experience in facilities management, preferably with multi-site portfolios
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage work under time constraints and maintain professionalism in stressful situations
- Must be willing to be on call
