Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Assistant Facility Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main contact for facility maintenance issues, fostering relationships with clients and vendors
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry best practices
  • Administer the CMMS, manage work orders, and produce reports on maintenance activities and service levels


Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred
  • 3-4 years of experience in facilities management, preferably with multi-site portfolios
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage work under time constraints and maintain professionalism in stressful situations
  • Must be willing to be on call
