Remote Facility Operations Recruiter

Job Summary

To support behavioral health programs, the full-time Remote Facility Operations Recruiter will develop recruiting plans, manage candidate pipelines, and conduct intake meetings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting plans aligned with corporate goals
• Conduct pre-screening and arrange interviews for hiring managers
• Maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a robust candidate pipeline

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or 5 years of direct recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in full life cycle recruiting
• Experience managing hiring needs across various departments
• Healthcare experience required; behavioral healthcare experience preferred
