Job Summary

A transportation technology and freight matching solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Factoring Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Finding a satisfactory solution to a given problem per standard operating procedures
  • Providing information to customers by verifying their requests
  • Troubleshooting with customers if they are experiencing website issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including working with upset customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand, problem solve and respond to a customers' needs in a timely manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and use of office equipment
  • Ability to perform detailed, accurate data entry and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage own time to meet department goals and deadlines
