Job Summary
A student loan servicing company is in need of a Remote Facts Education Solutions Compliance Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing and administering the compliance and risk monitoring activities
- Understanding and applying the Federal and/or State statutes and protocols pertaining to the various services provided
- Developing and fostering relationships with applicable State Education Agency (SEA) personnel
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience interpreting regulations and developing processes to ensure compliance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, English, Political Science, Law, or related area of study is required or equivalent
- 3-5 years of compliance oversight experience in an education setting
- Knowledge of EANS and other Federal programs associated with K12 education services
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
