Job Summary

A education software company has a current position open for a Remote Faculty Relationship Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 3+ university programs, cultivating a seamless faculty experience
• Employ tailored outreach strategies to facilitate meaningful interactions with faculty and school leadership
• Collaborate with university leadership and cross-functional teams to escalate as needed

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant Master’s degree preferred
• At least 5+ years of experience in account management, higher education or education technology
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with new technologies
• Ability to quickly learn and acclimate to new technologies and systems
• Self-starter who can take ownership of initiatives to deliver high quality results
