Job Summary

A company is looking for a Faculty member in the Department of Resource Operations Professions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Teach asynchronous undergraduate and graduate courses, ensuring high-quality online instruction
• Develop and improve courses and collaborate with instructional teams to enhance curriculum and teaching practices
• Participate in departmental meetings, governance, and support faculty and student success initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Earned Master's degree in a relevant field; Doctorate preferred for Doctoral Faculty
• At least 3 years of graduate-level teaching experience
• Experience in qualitative or quantitative research
• Familiarity with best practices in online teaching and curriculum development
