Job Summary
A university is seeking a Remote Faculty Team Lead Training and Development Facilitator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coaching and collaborating with our team leads to support and develop creative solutions when working with faculty
- Leading conversations regarding policy, process, and coaching for improvement
- Assessing and performing oversight of team lead behavior to provide consistency and uphold University expectations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Four years of classroom teaching, preferably online and at the college level
- Master's degree and 2 years' experience in higher education or similar training environment
- Experience developing needs assessment tools, analyzing data, and presenting findings
- Knowledge of online e-learning platforms, such as Brightspace
- Education in the area of teaching and learning pedagogy and instructional technology
- Work collaboratively with multiple partners both one-on-one and in a team environment
