Job Summary
A community outreach organization is seeking a Remote Faith Based SouthEast Regional Lead Deputy Director.
Must be able to:
- Oversee the development and implementation of long and short-term campaign and organizing goals, strategies and tactics
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies for the SE Director position and for the SE Region federations
- Implement National Organizing Trajectory on a state and local level for trainings, coaching, goals and plan incorporation
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of 8 years experience as a change agent, innovator, and a proven champion of racial, gender and economic justice
- Finance and budgeting experience required along with strong coaching skills
- Proven leadership ability in an established organization or company with key management experience leading teams and work groups
- Ability to foster productive conversations about racial analysis, corporate power and economic oppression with a spiritual narrative
- Proven ability to prioritize across competing priorities, delivering upon all assignments and projects fully
