Job Summary

A publishing company specializing in learning content is in need of a Remote Family Enrollment Customer Service Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing daily operations oversight and execution
  • Playing a leading role in supporting and developing Family Enrollment Counselors
  • Monitoring team members’ quality and productivity
