Job Summary
A modern provider of in-home autism therapy is filling a position for a Remote Family Experience Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as an advocate for families seeking care, helping answer questions, solve challenges, and offer support
- Relying on modern tools to communicate with families, track follow-ups, and be an expert guide for families
- Become an expert on company's services and autism care, speaking knowledgeably on how we support families
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organization and time-management skills
